- 50ml Gin (Poolside)
- 150ml Butcha Raspberry & Magnolia
Glass: highball
Method: Fill the glass with 6 ice cubes, pour the Poolside gin over the ice and top off with Butcha Raspberry & Magnolia
Garnish: serve with a lemon peel
Dark & Stormy
- 50ml Dark rum (Plantation)
- 150ml Butcha Ginger & Lime Leaf
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
Glass: highball
Method: Fill the glass with 6 ice cubes, pour the Plantation dark rum over the ice, top off with Butcha Ginger & Lime Leaf and add 4 drops of Angosura bitters
Garnish: serve with a lime peel


Butcha Spritz
- 30ml bitter (Aperol/Mezzodi/Campari)
- 20ml Vermouth (Willem’s Wermoed Dry)
- 150ml Butcha Hop & Grapefruit
Glass: highball
Method: Fill the glass with 6 ice cubes, pour the spirit over the ice and top off with Butcha Hop & Grapefruit
Garnish: serve with a rosemary twig and a grapefruit peel
Margaritcha
- 50ml tequila (Olmeca Altos)
- 150ml Butcha Blood Orange & Bergamot
- 3 drops of Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
Glass: highball
Method: Fill the glass with 6 ice cubes, pour the tequila over the ice, top off with Butcha Blood Orange & Bergamot and add 3 drops of Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur.
Garnish: serve with a lemon wedge
