Our drinks
We were trained as chefs and that is how we approach the recipe creating for our brews.
We go looking for perfect flavour combinations and our favourite ingredients, thinking about a preparation technique to apply and the complementary ingredients to get the right balance of sweet, sour, saltiness and bitters.
So that’s what we did…. Add some creativity, tons of trial and error, et voila! Proudly presenting our first range. Brand new but were already calling them our ‘classics’. We just really like the sound of it…


Ginger & Lime Leaf
A kombucha classic done differently. In this blend we create an infusion of Jasmine tea, Szechuan pepper and lime leaf. Ginger is still our hero, but its spicy notes are tempered by the citrus flavours and fragrant aromas of the infusion.

Blood orange & Bergamot
Bergamot is one of our favourite ingredients because of its distinctive citrus aroma. Here we cold press it with blood orange, skins included, to extract the oils that give this blend its mature bitter note. We’ve juiced whole red peppers to top it off with a subtle but spicy kick.

Hop & Grapefruit
Bittersweet without the regret. The ultimate adult soda. The fruity aromas of citra hop meet the citrus flavours of cold pressed grapefruit. A blend of Oolong tea, infused with old whisky barrel oak chips and a pinch of sea salt, is added to give depth and complexity.
