Our drinks

We were trained as chefs and that is how we approach the recipe creating for our brews. We go looking for perfect flavour combinations and our favourite ingredients, thinking about a preparation technique to apply and the complementary ingredients to get the right balance of sweet, sour, saltiness and bitters.

So that’s what we did…. Add some creativity, tons of trial and error, et voila! Proudly presenting our first range. Brand new but were already calling them our ‘classics’. We just really like the sound of it…

Ginger & Kafir Lime

Brewed with Szechuan pepper & jasmin tea

Ginger & kombucha. Like watching a 75-year-old couple still deeply in love. We add fragrant kaffir lime and a hint of Szechuan pepper to get a pungent ginger kombucha.

  • live culture kombucha base brew of green sencha and oolong tea fermented for 3 weeks
  • organic pressed ginger juice
  • infused kafir lime fruits
  • organic pressed lemon juice
  • infused organic Szechuan pepper

Blood Orange & Bergamot

Brewed with red chili & earl grey tea

Like a true Sicilian, this blood orange brew is full of character. It is Infused with aromatic bergamot peel & earl grey tea, finished off with a kick of red chili for extra feistiness. Salute

  • organic elderflower
  • infused organic red chili

Hop & Grapefruit

Brewed with oak & oolong tea

For this brew we add citra hops in the last phase to get as many citrus flavour and aromas, which is in balance with the grapefruit and boosted by a pinch of salt. We hop you enjoy it.
